Our annual charity golf day is as usual expected to attract up to 100 business men and women from all over Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

Over the past 20 years we have raised over £80,000 for good causes from our golf days alone. This year’s play will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 2^nd September 2021 at Stratford-upon-Avon Golf Club, and will be concluded with a dinner and prize giving ceremony in the evening.

Businesses who wish to sponsor a hole will have the opportunity to have their name prominently & professionally displayed on the tee of the sponsored hole. In addition the sponsor’s name will be included in the official programme. We will arrange for the sign to be made up with the correct logo colours and typestyle of the sponsor.

The object of the day is to raise as much money as possible for Shakespeare Hospice and Welcombe Hills School, and the full proceeds of the sponsorship will be passed to those organisations, together with entrance money over running costs.

• Entrance fee £62.50 per head including lunch & dinner.(£250 for a team of 4)
• Lunch at 12.00pm. Tee off 12:30pm onwards.
• Jackets and ties required in the clubhouse in the evening.
• Mobile phones are not allowed on the golf course or in the clubhouse.

Golf 2021 Rules

The competition is a team stableford with 2 scores to count on each hole

• Handicap allowance is 3/4 with a maximum of 21 (gross 28) for men and 27 for ladies
• Ladies receive two extra shots & play off mens’ stroke index
• (please note prizewinners may be asked to give proof of handicap)
• Play off yellow & blue tees
• If you cannot score please pick up in order to speed up play
• Longest Drive 9^th – the ball must finish on the fairway
• Nearest the pin on the 10^th
• Double your money on the 2^nd £5 per go, win £10 if your ball stops on the green from your tee shot (please do not donate winnings back – we would rather you bought an extra raffle ticket)
• Jacket & tie required in the Clubhouse in the evening
• No mobiles on the course

Dinner 6.45pm ~ Raffle & prize giving 8.00pm ~ Conclude 8.30
